Scope of work: Complete masonry rehab to exterior elevations of two dormitories previously connected by a pool building.
- Removal of exterior brick veneer at both buildings
- Rebuild with new brick veneer, granite and limestone to match existing
- New brick paving
- Masonry cleaning
- Miscellaneous masonry patching and repair.
