Harvard Law School Wood Framed House Move, Cambridge, MA

Scope of work:

• In preparation for the moving of these two houses to a new location, Haven removed all granite foundation stones, cut down to a 2" veneer, and re-installed them at the new site.
• All site granite including stair treads, cheek walls and ornamental fences were removed, transported to our shop, cleaned and re-installed at the new site.
• Haven also installed:
  • The new CMU foundation for houses to be lowered into place,
  • New site granite walls, stairs and pavers,
  • New site brick pavers,
  • New foundation waterproofing and sealants.
